This action is for removing candidate from Project (Testing or Interview), first ensuring that following conditions are met:
| 1 | Candidate Registration | Confirm that the candidate is registered |
| 2 | Booking Status | Ensure the existing booking status is "Pending". If the booking is confirmed, cancel it before proceeding |
| 3 | Project Involvement | Verify that the candidate is part of both the Interview and Testing projects. If the candidate is only part of one project, simply archive them |
Steps:
| 1 | Access Candidate Profile | Navigate to 'Manage Users' and open the candidate's profile |
| 2 | View Booking List | Go to the Booking List tab and click 'View' for the record matching the project from which the candidate needs to be removed and ensuring it shows "Pending" status. |
| 3 | Remove from Project | Click on the "Remove from Project" link to complete the removal process. |
