If Admins needs to reschedule existing availability which is within the freeze period, then follow the below steps:
| 1 | Open the Availability Record | Access the specific availability record that requires rescheduling |
| 2 | Cancel Confirmed Bookings: | If there are any bookings marked as 'Confirmed' within this availability, cancel them. |
| 3 | Archive the Availability Record | Archive the current availability record to mark it as inactive or completed |
| 4 | Create a New Availability | a. Set up a new availability with the revised schedule. b. If candidates were previously booked, add them to the new availability slot accordingly. |
