Reschedule an Availability within the Freeze Period

If Admins needs to reschedule existing availability which is within the freeze period, then follow the below steps:


1Open the Availability Record
Access the specific availability record that requires rescheduling
2Cancel Confirmed Bookings:

If there are any bookings marked as 'Confirmed' within this availability, cancel them.

3Archive the Availability Record

Archive the current availability record to mark it as inactive or completed

4Create a New Availability

a. Set up a new availability with the revised schedule.

b. If candidates were previously booked, add them to the new availability slot accordingly.
