Bulk Download Reports

Step 1

Order your reports for all candidates that you would like to include in your bulk download. Instructions for that can be found here.

Step 2

Once your reports have generated, click on the Order Extract option at the bottom of the reports page. Then click on Order All Extract

Step 3

Enter your email at the top of the pop-up if you would like to receive a notification email when your bulk download is available. If you are ordering a large number of reports, it's recommended to use this option.

Step 4

Select the candidates on the list below to include their report in the bulk download file.

Click on Order Extract

Step 6

When your bulk download is ready, you will be able to access the Bulk Report Downloads option under the reports tab for your evaluation.

Step 7

Click on the link to download your reports in a .ZIP file. You can open this on any computer to view your reports.
