Manage Assessor & Invigilators

Add, edit, view, activate/deactivate, archive and export Assessors and Invigilators


1To add a Assessor/Invigilator Click “Manage” and choose “Organisation
 
2Click “Assessor/Invigilator” tab
Then click "Add Ass/Invigilator"
3*NOTE a Assessor must be added with these steps first, before their availability/appointments can be uploaded for a Project.

4Complete the required details and choose Assessor or Invigilator then click “Submit
5To manually activate an account, navigate to user and click "View".
6Click "Activate"
6Input Reason and click"Continue"
7To manually deactivate an account, Click “Deactivate
8Input your Reason and click “Continue

Click Download button 
10Choose Export Data Type and Range:
CSV, PDF, Excel
Export displayed records only, Export all records
11Click confirm
