ViepleNOW is a virtual meeting tool which allows you to host meetings between Assessors and Candidates. During a Now session, Assessors are able to select a Candidate and provide Ratings and Comments to be reviewed after the meeting.
Any combination of Assessors and Candidates can be invited to a session, so you can be as creative as you like!
Your account is called a Client and is organised into Projects and within those projects are Sessions (the actual virtual meeting). You can have any number of projects and sessions running at the same time.
When you invite an Attendee to a session, they will receive an email with the link to use to access join. Candidates can be assigned to a particular session, or provided access to a Project's Calendar, where they can pick from any available Sessions.
