The Instant Link feature allows you to set up an invitation link that candidates can use to sign up. You can share this with candidates at an assessment centre to get them set up without needing to send them an email invitation.
When using the instant link, please keep in mind:
- Unlike an email invite, the link can be re-used by candidates
- The link can be shared and copied
1. Create your Assessment
Click on the “Recruitment” icon at the top of the page. | ![]() |
Select a job role and click “Schedule” on your required assessment battery (if you would like to add a new assessment battery, please contact your account manager). | ![]() |
Enter your evaluation details and click “Save and Continue”.
Skip through the remaining steps by clicking “Save and Continue” since you will not be inviting any candidates via email to your testing.
Click “Finish” once you are at the end of the set-up process. |
2. Activate your Assessment Link
Select “View” on your testing in the “Recent Evaluations” section of your home page. | ![]() |
Click into the “Instant” tab | ![]() |
Check the “Enabled” box and then click the “Save” button to update your settings. | ![]() |
Your link has now been activated, and you can share it with candidates to get them started on the assessment.
Once your candidates have completed their assessments, you can generate their results by following the instructions on our help centre article.
3. Candidates use the link to start the assessment
Simply copy the link for your assessment and share it with the candidate. They can click the link or paste it into the address bar of their web browser to get started:
Candidates will be asked to enter their details and will then be taken to start the assessment.
4. De-activate your Assessment Link
Select “View” on your testing in the “Recent Evaluations” section of your home page. | ![]() |
Click into the “Instant” tab | ![]() |
Uncheck the “Enabled” box and then click the “Save” button to update your settings. | ![]() |
Your link has now been deactivated, and candidates will no longer be able use it to sign up for testing.
