Notifications - Receive an Email when your Candidates Complete

To receive notifications as your candidates complete their testing, you can follow the instructions below. This can be enabled even after an evaluation has been created.

Click into the Search option in your Evaluations to view the full list.
Locate the testing you want to enable notifications for and select View.
Click on to the Notifications tab.
Check either box and if you would like it sent daily or instantly. Enter your email address in the field at the bottom of the page.
Recommendation for Success: If your evaluation is a small group (less than 10 candidates), choose the Notify completion of preselected reports option to receive an email link with the requested report for each candidate. If the group size is larger, check the Daily box to receive regular updates, rather than immediate notifications. These are delivered at 12pm and 12am AEST, and it will let you know how many candidates have completed in the last 12 hours.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to record your settings.

You will now receive email notifications from do_not_reply@testgrid.com . We recommend white-listing this email address on your email service if the notifications are being redirected to your spam/junk folder.
