If you have a larger group of candidates, you can upload them directly to a new or existing evaluation from a spreadsheet.
To start, open a new Excel spreadsheet and enter your candidates' details.
Do not include any column headings in your spreadsheet, you will just need the candidate details. | Column A. Email Addresses Column B. First Names Column C. Last Names |
Your completed spreadsheet should resemble this example: | ![]() |
Once you have completed your spreadsheet, click on File>Save As | ![]() |
Choose the location you would like to save your file to, and select the file type as “CSV (comma delimited)”. | ![]() |
Once you've saved your file, you can upload it when Creating a New Evaluation or in the Participants tab when viewing an Existing Evaluation. | ![]() |
Double check that the number of candidates to be uploaded matches the number in your file before clicking continue. If it does not match, a candidate's details may have been input incorrectly, so the system will have excluded them from being uploaded. Please double check the candidate's details, otherwise try inviting the candidate separately. |
